Everyone thinks that it is anyone but their self who is the murderer. This leads to tension between everyone and very little unity which leads to a less chance of them all surviving.
This illustration shows how corrupt everyone is getting. All of them have their reasons to blame the others since they have all been commited of killings before.
Since there isn't any physical evidence of who the killer is, one of them could be lying and the others wouldn't be able to tell who it is. This makes everyone suspicious of each other and they can't trust anyone.
This illustration accurately depicts the reactions of everyone during the "trial" that Justice Wargrave holds. It is possible that anyone did it so everyone is a suspect.
